Planned Service Agreements

Anderson Bros. Electric, Plumbing, & Heating, Inc. will provide a qualified technician to inspect your air conditioning and heating system for proper operation to ensure it is in the best and safest possible condition for the oncoming cooling or heating season. We will report any deficiencies found at the time and provide a written quote for repairs or replacement.

Plan A: Apprentice Service Agreement Plan

– Complete 21 point inspection
– Reminder service for fall/spring inspection
– 1 year repair warranty on any parts replaced during this service
– Polish/Clean outdoor and indoor cabinets
– No filter included in this service

Pricing:

Air Conditioner with Furnace or Fan Coil: $207
Additional System: $156
Heat Pump with Furnace or Fan Coil: $302
Additional System with Heat Pump System: $251

Plan B: Journeyman Service Agreement Plan

– Complete 21 point inspection with outdoor and indoor cleaning of unit
– Reminder service for fall/spring inspection
– 1 year repair warranty on any parts replaced during this service
– Standard filter replacement- 1″ or 2″ filter provided (specialized filters will be an additional fee
– Replacement of Humidifier pad
– Polish/Clean outdoor and indoor cabinets

Pricing:

Air Conditioner with Furnace or Fan Coil: $354
Additional System $303
Heat Pump with Furnace or Fan Coil: $449
Additional System Heat Pump System: $398

Plan C: Master Service Agreement Plan

– Complete 21 point inspection with addition of: cleaning of the blower wheel, cleaning of the burners, chemically cleaning the coils*
– Reminder service for fall/spring inspection
– Same day response
– 1 year repair warranty on any parts replaced during this service
– Standard filter replacement- 1″ or 2″ filter provided (specialized filters will be an additional fee
– Replacement of Humidifier pad
– Polish/Clean outdoor and indoor cabinets
*Evaporator & Condenser coil cleaning is cleaned without removed from the system. Removing the coils from the system is a stand-alone service and will be quoted at the current flat rate price.
